Anyway, back to the kit. Hobby shops sells it for around 1250 php, I got mine at department store sale price, so it costs 1400 php.
EW? what's wrong with custom? |
It's a standard RG size, so it has around 4 bags and an instruction booklet.
standard |
But 1st, a quick bath, to maybe remove some mold residue. I dunno :/
well, the wing zero took a dip in the anime too :P |
Head:
Real Grades have tiny pieces, but so as far as face plates are concerned, this one's a tad bigger. The freedom's face plate is a lot smaller. I actually broke the mouth vents on my RG freedom.
Now 2 things: 1, a universal complain for my end for Real Grades, some of the nub marks are terrible. This one has rather large ones for the rear of the head. 2, clear pieces are not colored. Only the RG Zeta is the one I know with clear lenses. But the finished result, is quite pretty.
katokiiiii |
One thing though that I noticed from all the close up shots of the kit from the reviews I've seen is that the v-fin is off centered from the head...
micro meters?? seriously???? |
It's ok if you look at it from some distance, but if look at it close up, that few micrometers kiiiinda bugs me. My MG wing zero custom also has a problem with it's face plate... maybe it's a wing zero thing :/
Torso:
Torso is straight forward. The shoulder joints are TIGHT! Also the search eye is still a sticker.
Those gatling gun pieces are soooo tiny |
beautiful... but the search eye though |
Unlike the MG, you don't push the gatlings forward. you just flip up the covers and you're done! I prefer this mechanism to the MG.
Well my eyes are hurting already, so by part 2, ill probably have the back plate and the arms done. Who knows? My work schedule prevents me from working on kits at night.
